Fish are cleaned well.
Chop the fish in the mill with cilantro and parsley and half the amount of spices.
Mix the above ingredients well.
Then grind the tomatoes in a blender with the rest of the amount of spices, onions and chili.
Then put the sauce in the casserole and form small balls of minced fish.
Keep it green pepper rings and tomato rings
Mix one tablespoon tomato sauce with lemon
Oils are added to the existing casserole.
Keep Casserole minced fish on the backburner heat.
Then serve it in a gib dish.
