1 Onion
2 Green chilles
6 garlic cloves
small piece ginger
Fresh mint
corriender leaves
1 tbps garam masala
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste

microwave settings
cooking temperature 180deg c.
Method:
Mince all ingredients into very fine paste in blender.
grease the skewers lightly and taking a little of this mixture in the palm press it around the skewers so that long kababs is formed.
preheat oven.
arrange the skewers in oven and roast for 10 mins till kababs turns brown..
and evenly cooked..
remove and serve with spicy mint chutney..
