Whenever my husband and I go to a restaurant he always orders pot stickers. I decided I would surprise him with some homemade pot stickers! We are trying to eat a little healthier so I decided to cook them and they tasted delicious!

1 cup of cooked chicken breast, cooked
¼ cup of mushrooms, diced very small
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
¼ teaspoon pepper
