Sesame Chicken Pasta Salad

This yummy salad is a perfect summer time meal!

Dressing:
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Salad:
8oz bowtie pasta
1 head leafy lettuce or 1 bag spinach
3 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
1/3- 1/2 cup Craisins
1 can Mandarin oranges (optional)
2/3 cup roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup vinegar

Salad:
8oz bowtie pasta
1 head leafy lettuce or 1 bag spinach

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

2/3 cup roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
