3 lbs Russet potatoes, washed and cut into french fries
3/4 qt canola oil
4 tbsp sesame oil
Sea salt
1/2 8 oz block cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup mayo
3 tbsp wasabi paste - found on the Asian isle in the grocery store (you could also use wasabi powder, but I'm not sure what the equivalent measurement would be)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water (more if you need the sauce thinner)
3/4 qt canola oil
4 tbsp sesame oil
Sea salt

In a large dutch oven bring the canola and sesame oils to 375 degrees (about between medium high and high on your stove).
