Shallot and Grapefruit Sea Salt

The crisp grapefruit flavors pairs well with the mellow onion flavor in the shallots for this easy to prepare and give or USE finishing salt.

1 cup coarse sea salt
2 tablespoons dried grapefruit peel
2 tablespoons dried shallots

Coarsely grind the grapefruit peel and shallots to match the size of the sea salt. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container.
