A twist on a Sheppard's Pie, or a twist on twice baked potatoes.

6 large Russet potatoes (baked at 375 for 1 hour)
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cut green beans
1 can Tomato soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz shredded Colby cheese
