Sherry Wine Cake

Take a plain cake mix and turn it into this moist and tastey cake that tastes even better the second day.

I pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil or spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Pour into the prepared bundt pan. bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let rest for 10 minutes. Turn cake out onto a serving platter. Sift powderd sugar on top for a nice finish. This cake tastes even better after it sits a day!
