Shrimp Caprese Salad

Fresh Caprese salad with shrimp, mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil.

6 ea bok choy, larger leaves
24 medium shrimp, cooked, no tail
4 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed into small pieces
Clean book toy leaves and arrange on a plate. Combine shrimp, tomatoes and cheese in a bowl.
