4 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup sugar

Place raspberries, sugar and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness, adding more sugar, if desired.
