A low sugar, low fat, high flavor dip for fruit

1 8 oz pkg light cream cheese
¾ cup date palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup skim milk
1 small pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
Assorted fresh fruit
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix, beating until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
