Sloppy Turkey and Veggie Sandwiches

healthy Burger with veggies in them, great to get kids to eat their veggies low calorie and good taste

Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked ground turkey breast
2 cups chopped fresh cremini or button mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped yellow or green sweet pepper (1 medium)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1 14 1/2ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained
6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted Ingredients

3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
