2 cups quick cooking rice cooked according to package directions
2 beef bouillion
1 pound ground beef
1 small yellow onion chopped
3 stalks celery washed and chopped
1 Tbs butter
1-10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
