A light & healthy slow cooker recipe for shredded BBQ chicken thighs in a homemade BBQ sauce

1 ½ lbs. skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 tsp. olive oil
3 tsp. BBQ seasonings, divided
1 cup ketchup (I use Simply Heinz)
¼ cup light brown sugar (not packed)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ( I used low sodium)
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard (I used Guldens)
1 tsp. liquid amino or liquid smoke
1 tsp. ground red pepper, optional
1 tsp. olive oil
3 tsp. BBQ seasonings, divided

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with 2 tsp. BBQ seasonings.
Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
