When we were growing up, Sunday dinners were always the best dinners . . . mom wouldn’t hold anything back. We always had a delicious roast or chicken or some type of amazing meat, along with hot rolls, a jello salad, and side dishes galore. It was always my favorite meal of the week. 1 (28-32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup ( I used 98% fat free )
1 cup sour cream ( I used light )
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter ( melted )
2 tablespoons diced onion
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese ( optional topping )
green onions ( sliced optional topping )

Crockpot Swedish Meatballs is a quick and easy dinner recipe that the entire family will love! It uses frozen meatballs to make it quick and easy. A quick gravy of cream of mushroom soup, beef broth and brown gravy mix gives it tons of flavor. Serve it over a bed of egg noodles and pair it with steamed vegetables or homemade roasted vegetables!

2 1/2 lbs frozen meatballs
10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz golden mushroom soup
14 oz beef broth
.87 oz brown gravy mix
1/2 cup water

  • Whisk everything except meatballs together. Place Meatballs in Crock Pot. Pour mixture over meatballs.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
