100 Days of Real Food Cookbook has helped me eat healthier and improve my nutrition. Every single recipe I have made from this book has been fantastic! One of my favorite recipes from the cookbook is the Slow Cooker Flank Steak Fajitas. They are one of the easiest meals I have ever made and are so amazingly flavorful and delicious!

1 ½ pounds flank steak
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 – 5 bell peppers, any color
1 onion
***some optional toppings you could put with this steak is whole-wheat tortillas, grated cheese, fresh sliced avocado, cilantro, lime slices, fresh spinach leaves, sour cream, hot peppers, etc.

In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture over all sides of the flank steak, place it in the bottom of the slow cooker, and add the soy sauce.
