Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

One thing that keeps me sane during crazy weeks is my slow cooker. This time, I used my slow cooker to make this amazing Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin. The pork was fall-apart tender and the sauce was thick, rich and velvety! It was so easy to put together, too. I served this pork with my good old standby side dish, Parmesan Orzo. 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1-1.5 pounds boneless pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper for seasoning
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp cold water
