The easiest + littlest prep - a crockpot chicken quesadilla soup

2 (10.5 ounces) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup frozen (or canned) corn
1 can (15.25 ounces) black beans
1-2 jalopenos
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cups chicken broth
Cheddar cheese, for topping
Sour cream, for topping
Optional: tortilla strips, green onions
