Growing up, Sunday always meant that Mom had made an amazing meal! Now that I have a family of my own, I have tried to carry on the tradition. The only problem is that I feel like I spend half my day in the kitchen! This is one “Sunday worthy” meal that is so easy. It also is a main dish and side dish in one! Doesn’t get much better than that!

1 pound red potatoes, halved (about 4-5)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
