Slow Cooker Roast uses a less expensive cut of beef and turns it into a delicious tender meat, full of great flavour and perfect for dinner!

3 lb stewing or roasting beef joint
1 teaspoon Pinch salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried minced onion.
