A big bowl of hearty Slow Cooker Steamed Steel Cut Oats? Well, this just made breakfast so much easier! A big bowl of hot oatmeal is so comforting, not only to eat but to warm my hands up as I wrap them around the bowl waiting for it to cool off. I am not one that likes to be in the kitchen first thing in the morning, quite frankly it makes me cranky starting my day that way. I know, I know, I need to work on turning that frown upside down.
