Happy Thanksgiving Eve!! Want to know what our family does every year on Thanksgiving Eve? Our CRAZY Dinner! (You will have to read about it . . . it's pretty wild. Ha ha!) It's pretty much the best dinner of the year. But back to the recipe . . . So I have never actually cooked a turkey. I am a wimp. Something about cleaning out the guts kind of turns me off. But I love turkey dinner . . . Thank goodness for beautifully trimmed and gut-free turkey breast! Throw these in your cro

1 lb turkey breast (if you don't have turkey, you can always substitute chicken)
5 cups herb seasoned stuffing
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional- but they are delicious!)
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
1 apple, finely diced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 oz) jar turkey gravy
1 (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup (I used 98% fat free)
5 cups herb seasoned stuffing
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional- but they are delicious!)
1/2 onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Spray the inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place turkey breast in the bottom of the crock pot. In a large separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Spread over turkey breast...
