Slow cooker venison & potato Sunday dinner

This incredibly tender deer steak has amazing flavor and is super moist.

1 1/2 - 2 lbs of deer steak
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup hot water- divided
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small co tainer of Knorr homestyle stock concentrate- beef flavor or 1 cup beef broth
6 large russett potatoes
