This Smashed Chickpea and Avocado Sandwich is loaded with flavor and makes a light and healthy lunch or dinner!

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas drained, rinsed, and patted dry
2 avocados
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
