Smoked salmon and fontina cheese in a delightfully eggy quiche.

1 refrigerated pie crust
2 cups shredded fontina cheese
1 4ounce package smoked salmon
8 large eggs
¾ cup half and half
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon dried dill
