S'mores Cookie

Take all of the yummy flavors of a s'more and put them in a cookie and you have a S'more Cookie.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 graham cracker crumbs (about 6-7 full sheets)
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
