S'mores Snack Mix

From campfire to lunch box, this treat is a surefire hit for back-to-school!

2 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal (you could also use chocolate Cheerios!)
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups graham cracker flavored Teddy Grahams
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Optional: 2 cups raisins if you don’t want to use chocolate chips
Simply add all your ingredients to a large bowl and stir to mix up. Store in a large Ziploc like container for several weeks or divide up into individual sandwich bags like I did and have them ready to go...

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
