Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
4 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Ground Saigon Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
