Soaked Oatmeal

Steel cut oatmeal soaked overnight for an easy breakfast the next day! Fabulous leftovers so don't worry about doubling the recipe!

2 cups steel cut oats (( don't use quick))
4 cups water
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped apple
In a large pan, soak 2 cups of oats, 2 cups water, 1 cup raisins and 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar overnight or at least 8 hours. In the morning add 2 more cups water and 2 teaspoons salt. Put over...
