This spice mix adds a little something extra when you're cooking southwest style!

2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1½ tsp. coarse black pepper
1½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1½ tsp. paprika (or 1 tsp. paprika + ½ tsp. smoked paprika)
½ tsp. ground white pepper
½ tsp. orange peel (fine grind)
2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder

Mix together and store in a cool dry place.
