4 Slices of Sourdough Bread
2 Ripe Avocados
Arugula (rocket) leaves
A Few Slices of Goat Cheese
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A Generous Splash of Lemon Juice
