½ TSP Pepper
½ Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 slices provolone cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
4 Thin slices sourdough bread
1½ TSP Red Wine Vinegar
1½ TBSP Unsalted Butter
1 TSP Fresh Thyme, chopped
