A southern classic side, made of slices of apples that are fried in a brown sugar butter and then tossed in a dusting of traditional apple pie spices; simply mouthwatering!

¼ cup unsalted butter
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Apple pie seasoning, heaping
5 to 6 cooking apples, cored and sliced in eights
