Soy Free "Soy" Sauce

If you have a soy allergy, but you still want to enjoy your Asian cuisine, this sauce is for you. Simple to make and tastes just like the real thing!

2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons black strap molasses
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Combine all your ingredients in a small pot and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered. You want to reduce it slightly. Recipe can be halved. Any remaining sauce can be stored in an air tight container up...
