1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
Sauteed Apples:
1/4 c. butter
4 large apples ( peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick )
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
