Ingredients:
500 g of Chinese Cabbage
1 ½ Tablespoon garlic
1 ½ teaspoon ginger digepuk
2 Tablespoon finely chopped red chilli
1 Tablespoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chili paste
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon vinegar
Green onion cut length of 5 cm
500 g of Chinese Cabbage
1 ½ Tablespoon garlic
1 ½ teaspoon ginger digepuk
2 Tablespoon finely chopped red chilli
1 Tablespoon of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chili paste
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon vinegar
Green onion cut length of 5 cm
How to Make:
1. Cut cabbage rough and place in a large container
2. Sprinkle cabbage with salt and let stand for 3 or 4 hours
3. After 3 or 4 hours, squeeze the cabbage and transfer to another container
4. Combine the rest of the other ingredients into the cabbage that has been squeezed before
5. Put it in the refrigerator, and let stand about 2 days before serving
