For the Crust:
3/4 c. pecans
3 Tbs. coconut oil
For the Cheesecake:
1 c. cashews
1/2 c. dates
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
