This hearty, spiced sweet potato bread with all natural ingredients makes a perfect guilt free snack. Healthy enough for breakfast and amazing for dessert or a sweet snack.

2 Medium Sweet Potatos
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp crushed cloves
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp crushed cloves
Preheat over to 180c. Grease a loaf pan, I use coconut oil to do this.
