Spicy chicken livers with carrots and onions in a pan

2 trays of chicken livers
1 onion
carrots, cut into thin and long pieces / slices /
cooking oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
In a frying pan heat them fat and turn it into chicken livers. Subtract and draining the fat. In the same fat turn briefly carrots first, and then the onion. Finally, mix all products and mix well. Serve immediately with fresh bread and a drink of choice of the consumer.
