¼ cup diced green pepper
2 large tomatoes
1 lemon (juice & zest)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bird's eye chilli (or more if you like)
4 cups roast beef (diced)

2 tbsp olive oil
