Spicy Potato Soup

A delicious soup that is hearty, cheap, and easy to make. Most of the prep work can be done ahead of time, leaving only the cooking for the evening. It goes great with fresh bread or rolls.

2 chicken bullions or 2 cups chicken broth
8 carrots
4 stalks celery
5 medium potatoes
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 lb to 1 lb bacon
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
8 carrots
4 stalks celery
5 medium potatoes
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 lb to 1 lb bacon
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Wash and cut vegetables. Peel and chop potatoes into 2 inch pieces.
Put potatoes and vegetables with chicken bullions or chicken broth.
