Here is a twist on how to use your fresh garden vegetables. My spicy tomato sandwich has a kick of jalapeno, which is a super food and will get your metabolism running. This sandwich is quick to make, and will become your new favorite!

2 tbsp chopped sweet onion
1oz pickled jalapeno slices
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/8 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
