Your kids will have so much fun helping make these cute spider web sugar cookies. They will be a hit at your Halloween party.

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups flour

1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
3 tablespoons shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Black food coloring
Orange food coloring
