2 cups milk or water
1 cup long grain white rice
½ tsp salt
2 ½ cups half & half
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 tsp cinnamon

Bring milk, rice, and salt to boil and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is almost tender.
Add 2 cups half & half and keep on low for another 10-15 minutes...
