These Strawberries and Cream Crepes are seriously to die for. I would eat them for breakfast and then again for dessert!

4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. oil
Filling:
2 cups sliced strawberries
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
3 Tbs sugar
2 cups milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. oil
Filling:
2 cups sliced strawberries
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
3 Tbs sugar
Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar, vanilla and oil and beat until smooth. The mixture should be runny.
In a separate bowl mix strawberries and sugar, set aside.
