Strawberry Cottage Cheese and Greek Yoghurt Cheesecake

Delicious creamy cheesecake made with cottage cheese and Greek Yoghurt. So healthy it almost hurts!

15g hazelnuts
3 cookies (or any other small cookies/biscuits)
15g butter or coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs
250g cottage cheese (I used ecological 4% fat)
80g Greek yoghurt
100g icing (confectioners’) sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of strawberries (chopped)
