This easy dessert comes together in a snap with easy Cinnamon Drop Biscuits, fresh strawberries, and a little whipped topping. The perfect way to enjoy the fresh berries of the season!

For Biscuits:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
For Strawberry Shortcakes:
Strawberries, sliced (about ¼ cup per shortcake)
Sugar (about 1 teaspoon per cup of sliced strawberries)
Whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed or whipped cream

For Strawberry Shortcakes:
