My kid’s (and I) love breakfast…I actually don’t care for super sweet things right in the morning but this next recipe for French Toast Rollups is just really good and the perfect amount of sweetness. You’d be surprised at how easy these are since they look sorta “gourmet-ish”. icon wink Stuffed French Toast Rollups Plus, the kid’s definitely love to eat these more than the normal french toast and you don’t have to cut it up for them.

16 slices Soft Bread
2 Eggs
4 tbsp Milk
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Filling of your Choice (I used Cream Cheese and Strawberry Jam)

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
