400 gr = 14 oz minced veal/lamb/chicken meat

1 chili pepper
1 bunch coriander
40 gr = 1.5 oz grated ginger
2 medium onions

1/2 lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons pomegranate sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
