Sugar-Free Peach Pie – a summer time must, fresh white and yellow peach pie.

Buttermilk Pie Dough
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar substitute (I used Splenda)
16 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
8 Tbsp Buttermilk

4 fresh yellow peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (about 3 cups)
4 fresh white peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (about 3 cups)
¾ cup sugar substitute (I used Splenda)
3 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp butter, cubed
1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
